Less Sugars More Fun Brut IPA. Minimum sugar content, smooth saturation, light in color, strong hoppy aroma and lower biterness. That is what makes Less Sugars More Fun the right Brut IPA. It is refreshing and very easy to drink. We brewed it with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops as well as Simcoe and Cascade. It has a significant fruit aroma and nice gooseberry scent. The low amount of sugar is achieved by adding a special enzyme that splits non-fermentable sugars into simple, easily fermentable sugars. The beer is thus deeply fermented and gained its characteristic juicy acidity and a more pronounced aftertaste.
