(S)Tout Noir is a light stout. It has an intense taste of dark chocolate and coffee. We used classic malt as well as a dark one. We also added unmalted barley. (S)Tout Noir is a bit drier but also smooth from using Saaz hops, which gives it a nice bitterness.
