Ahtanum IPA is a strong top fermented light beer. We used Chinook, Simcoe, Ahtanum and Sládek hops and Pilsen and munich malt. The Ahtanum hops give it fresh grapefruit aroma and floral scent. It has light herbal and citrus taste and lower bitterness.
